Poor quality and no warranty support

Familiarity:: I've used it several times

I used these socks for less than one ski season and they developed holes where the heating elements are sewn on. I emailed Backcountry about it and per their instructions, contacted their warranty area twice. I received no response. Don’t buy these socks expecting to get more than a few months out of them.
