The Cotopaxi Allpa Del Dia Backpack is a tough 28-liter backpack system designed for both short and long distance trips. The pack is the ideal size for carry-on convenience, packed with thoughtful features, and durable enough to last years of usage. The low-profile harness suspension system, contoured shoulder straps, air mesh back panel, adjustable sternum strap, and cushioned hip belt of the Allpa evenly distribute weight and keep you comfortable on long or short excursions. While the backpack shares many of the same features and functions as Cotopaxi's best-selling Allpa 28L Travel Pack, the Allpa 28L Del Dia is distinguished by its use of recycled materials. Each pack is sustainably constructed from high-quality, leftover synthetic textiles discarded by other fashion and outdoor brands. The main compartment has a full-wrap, suitcase-style zipper opening that divides into a big, zippered mesh compartment on the right side and a subdivided zippered mesh compartment on the left. The top is finished with two zippered pockets. The external right-side zipper opens to reveal padded laptop and tablet sleeves. A shortcut zipper on the left side allows you to reach the main internal compartment without taking the pack off your back. Passports and other minor items are stored in a split compartment on the top. All exterior zippers have our theft-proof webbing placed over the apertures as a security safeguard. The shoulder straps and hip belt are housed in a slotted back panel, assuring no loose ends in overhead bins, on the bus, or in automobile trunks. When the shoulder straps are stowed away, four reinforced grab handles give additional carry places. There's also a rain cover with good visibility that stows away in the pack.

When comparing Peak Design backpacks with other brands in terms of features, quality, and value for money, there are several things to consider. Features: Peak Design backpacks offer a number of innovative options. For example, the Travel Backpack has a 3-in-1 adaptable design that can shift between 22L and 40L and can carry up to 20% more than most backpacks. It also has a dedicated laptop sleeve and plenty of pockets.  The Everyday Backpack in this review has customizable dividers for gear, a magnetic top closure, and side pockets for easy access. Quality: Peak Design backpacks are made from premium materials and have a reputation for durability. For example, the Everyday Backpack is made from weatherproof 400D nylon canvas, with durable zippers and hardware. Value: Peak Design backpacks are generally more expensive than other brands. For example, the Travel Backpack  retails for around $300, while the comparable Dakine Campus 33L Backpack retails for $75. The Cotopaxi Tarak 20L Backpack is a versatile pack that can be used for a variety of outdoor activities. It also climbs well. A large number of external connection points and three compartments allow climbers to over-stuff their packs while yet maintaining organization. For climbers who are medium to tall in stature and seeking for a modest pack that can handle more than simply multi-pitch rock, this is a solid option. Tarak is more suitable for light and quick ski excursions thanks to the ice tool system that does away with toggles and hooks. The harness and daisy chains on the pack body also make it easier to carry.
